AI Consulting for Business Operations
Put AI where itactually earns its place.
AI is useful when it changes how the business operates. We find the work that can be done faster, cheaper or better, and help you move from opportunity to implementation.
AI FOR BUSINESS
How CommView Thinks About AI in Business
AI is not a strategy in itself. It is another way to change how work gets done.
That means we do not start with a model, platform or list of fashionable use cases. We start with the operation. Where is time being lost? Which work repeats? Where are people moving information between systems? Where does slow access to information hold up a decision?
If AI can materially improve the way that work happens, it has a job to do. If a simpler process change, automation or existing tool solves the problem better, we use that instead.
The point is not to add more AI. The point is to make the business work better.
AI FOR BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Where AI Actually Earns Its Place in B2B Operations
The useful opportunities tend to sit inside work that is repetitive, information-heavy or slowed down by manual hand-offs. These are five areas we look at first.
AI CONSULTING SERVICES
Operational AI Services From Opportunity to Implementation
The pillar is broad because the work does not stop at identifying a use case. CommView can help diagnose the opportunity, design the workflow, implement it and make sure it becomes part of the way the business operates.
FROM OPPORTUNITY TO OPERATION
Do Not Start With AI. Start With the Work.
A useful AI initiative should have a clear operational reason to exist. We keep the path deliberately practical.
A DIFFERENT KIND OF AI CONSULTING
Where CommView Is Different From the Big Consultancies
A scale-up usually does not need a transformation programme before it can improve the way work gets done. The engagement should be proportionate to the problem.
Traditional consultancy model
- Strategy can be separated from implementation
- Large transformation programmes can precede useful operational change
- Recommendations may pass to another team to execute
CommView
- Operator-led and hands-on
- Start with a specific operational constraint
- Build, test and measure before scaling
- Keep strategy and implementation connected
Automate the work.Not the accountability.
AI can draft, classify, summarise and make recommendations. It cannot take responsibility for the decision. The humans who understand your customers, your business and the consequences still need to make the call. We help you design AI solutions that support better decisions, not replace them.
AI Consulting Outcomes
Judge AI by What Changes in the Operation
A successful implementation is not one that produces the most impressive demo. It is one that makes the day-to-day work better.

AI Consulting FAQ
What is AI consulting?
AI consulting helps a business identify where artificial intelligence can create useful operational or commercial change, then plan and implement it. For CommView, that starts with the work rather than the technology. We examine the workflow, the problem, the available data and the consequence of errors before deciding whether AI belongs in the solution.
How much does AI consulting cost?
AI consulting costs depend on the scope of the problem, the systems involved and whether the work covers diagnosis, implementation or a broader operating change. CommView does not publish a fixed price because a focused workflow project and a cross-functional transformation are materially different engagements. We scope the work around the outcome required.
What is the difference between AI consulting and an AI agency?
The labels overlap, so the practical difference is usually the work being bought. An AI agency may focus on building a particular automation, agent or technical solution. AI consulting can start earlier by deciding where AI is worth using, redesigning the workflow and connecting implementation to the wider operating and commercial context.
Can AI actually reduce our costs?
AI can reduce costs when it removes enough repetitive work, delay or manual processing to justify the implementation and ongoing operating cost. It does not automatically make a process cheaper. The business case should compare the current workflow with the proposed one and measure what changes after deployment.
Do we need an AI strategy before we start?
Not always. A B2B scale-up can often start with a specific operational problem, test a useful intervention and learn from it before creating a wider AI programme. A broader strategy becomes more valuable when multiple teams, systems, governance requirements and investment decisions need to be coordinated.
How do you decide which AI use case to tackle first?
Start with the work that creates meaningful friction and can be measured. We look at frequency, time consumed, process complexity, available information, error consequences and the value of improving the workflow. The first use case should be useful enough to matter but contained enough to test without creating unnecessary transformation risk.

Find the work where AI can actually earn its place.
If you know there is operational drag but do not want to start with a tool looking for a problem, we can map the work, find the opportunity and decide what is worth changing.
